Contact details you provide: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and any message you send us.

Account and onboarding data: plan selection, platform preferences, and verification status.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and privacy-friendly analytics.

Support data: the content of chat conversations and support requests.

To create and manage your account and to deliver the services you request.

To communicate with you about your account, product updates and support requests.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

To improve our website and product based on aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

We process personal data on the basis of performance of a contract (providing the service), our legitimate interest (security, product improvement), your consent (marketing communication, where applicable) and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate KairosX — hosting, email delivery, analytics and customer support — under data processing agreements.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Waitlist and contact data is deleted on request, and account data is removed after account closure unless retention is legally required.

We apply technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access control and logging. Your trading capital always remains in your own broker account and under your control; we never hold client funds.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
