One shared research spine. Then your rules decide.
KairosX researches EU and US markets on a shared tour, then filters everything through your own preferences before a single order is placed at your broker.
Eight steps, every tour
Scan and committee are shared by everyone. Everything after that is yours.

What happens for everyone
The same research runs once and is available to every member.
Marco Polo scans the EU + US universe
Marco Polo · Stock Scout
Every tour sweeps the European and American universe for liquidity, structure and momentum, and forwards a quality shortlist. Tours are signal and event driven — not a single fixed morning clock.
The Evaluation Committee votes
Leonardo da Vinci · Machiavelli · Sun Tzu
Technical structure, news and sentiment, liquidity and risk are debated separately. A candidate only moves on with a majority. Every score and rationale is written down.
What happens for you
From here nothing is generic: your markets, your budget, your approval setting.
Your filter is applied
Your preferences
You decide which markets are enabled (EU and/or US), your day budget and your risk preferences. Nothing that falls outside your own envelope reaches your plan.
Brief and plan
Lex Voss · Trader
What is left becomes a concrete plan: entry level, size, stop and target — written before anything moves.
Approval — manual or automatic
Your setting
Review and approve each plan yourself, or let approved rules run automatically. It is a setting you own and can change at any time.
Gates: cash, risk, session
Cosimo de' Medici · Sun Tzu
Before a single order leaves, the desk checks available cash, remaining risk budget and whether the market session actually allows the order. Any failed gate stops the trade.
Orders at your own broker
Napoleon · Execution
Orders are placed through your own Trading 212 account — paper first, live only when you connect keys and accept the risk. KairosX never holds your funds.
Protection rail stays on
Argus Panoptes · Position Sentinel
While a position is open, stop-loss and take-profit protection is monitored continuously and re-asserted if the broker drops it.
What we hold constant
- Tours are signal and event driven — not one fixed wall-clock ritual.
- A “healthy pass”: no candidates or no majority means an intentional no-trade and a loop back to scanning.
- Capital preservation comes before returns.
- Your capital stays at your broker; KairosX does not hold funds.
- Paper first. Live only when you connect your own keys and accept the risk.
- Every decision is written down and reviewable.
Your capital remains under your control. We only help you manage it better.

The healthy pass
Some tours end with nothing. No candidates cleared the scan, or the committee did not reach a majority, or your own filter removed what was left. That is not a failure — it is a deliberate no-trade, logged like any other outcome, and the desk loops straight back to scanning.
A note on risk
Investing carries risk, and you already accepted those risks when you opened your brokerage account. KairosX does not remove market risk and does not promise returns. What it adds is structure and discipline: a fixed process, written rules and a complete record of every decision.
