It started as a personal project in Amsterdam
We wanted a way to invest that did not depend on mood, headlines or free time. So we built one — and used it ourselves first.
Our story
KairosX began at a kitchen table in Amsterdam, as a private attempt to remove emotion from investing. The first version was a set of rules and a spreadsheet. The second was a scanner. Over time it became a small syndicate of specialised agents, each responsible for one part of a disciplined daily process.
Before anyone else could use it, we ran it on our own money — through quiet weeks, volatile weeks and periods where the right answer was to do nothing at all. Those periods shaped the system more than any winning trade did.
Today KairosX is still built the same way: slowly, carefully, and with a human strategist reviewing the process every day. We are not trying to be the loudest platform. We are trying to be the calmest one.
Your capital remains under your control. We only help you manage it better.
Discipline
The hardest part of investing is doing the same sensible thing every day. That is exactly what a system is good at.
Transparency
If we cannot explain a decision in plain language, we do not make it. Every step is logged and reviewable.
Calm systems
No alerts designed to create urgency, no gamified dashboards. Quiet software that behaves the same on good and bad days.
